Erin brings over ten years of international non-profit management and executive experience. Her expertise in the arena of conflict transformation gives her unique insights into the possibilities for positive change across cultures and sectors. She is passionate about facilitating processes that offer participants the tools to be effective communicators, thoughtful problem-solvers, and collaborative team members.
Erin first encountered R S Tipton as a client, giving her firsthand knowledge of the power of the R S Tipton process. She’s excited to now be able to assist others in accessing the same benefits. Erin is energetic, curious and creative in her approach to working with teams and individuals.
She is also passionate about creating new ways to spark positive change in our world. In 2012 Erin served as Outreach Director for an Oscar-winning film in order to connect viewers with information, resources and concrete actions to make a difference. This experience inspired her to co-found Blueshift, an educational organization dedicated to deepening the positive impact of great films.
Erin received her BA in International Affairs from the University of Colorado at Boulder and completed an MA in Peace and Development Studies from the University of Limerick as a George Mitchell Scholar. On weekends you will often find Erin savoring dark chocolate, fantasizing about future international travel or exploring the outdoors with her two young daughters.
